If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
Returns
We have an exchange policy in case of shipping damages or wrong products. An exchange will only be accepted in case you receive a damaged or wrong product.
For shipping damaged products, A parcel unboxing video (Without any pause or cut) is compulsory to claim shipping damaged exchange, kindly write to us at support@burntorange.in or WhatsApp us at +91 – 98253 81140 within 2 days of receiving the product with the parcel unboxing video.
After evaluating the video, if we feel the case is valid we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Please note that if the issue is brought to our notice after 2 days of receiving the product, we will not be addressing the same. We will be arranging a pickup for the damaged/wrong product from the same address to which the product was delivered. Please hand over the product with the packaging intact. We will dispatch the replacement within 24 hours of us picking up the product from you. If we do not have the same product or the same size in the product then the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
In case of the wrong product received, please use the exact original packaging for shipping. We will arrange a pickup for the wrong product from the same address to which the product was delivered. Once we receive the wrong product, we will dispatch the replacement within 24 hours. If we do not have the same product or the same size in the product then the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept any cancellations of the order once placed.
